Villa Doyan - Booking Terms & Conditions

Smoking. For the benefit of our guests we request that there is no smoking in Villa Doyan. 

Pets. No pets or animals are allowed.

Booking deposit is 33% of the total charge. Please note your booking is not confirmed until we receive the deposit. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday start date, together with a refundable deposit of £200 against any damage or breakages. This is normally returned in the 2 weeks following your holiday.

Cancellation charges will be levied as follows, where notice given is:

Arrival & Departure times. You may arrive at Villa Doyan at any time after 16:00 on the start date of your holiday and you must vacate the villa by 10:00am on the day of departure. This allows us to change towels/sheets, check and clean through the villa prior to the arrival of new guests.  

Keys. Details of how you collect the keys to Villa Doyan will be sent to you 14 days before the start of your holiday.  

Insurance. It is always advisable to take out insurance against cancellation, property, accident or loss.

Liability. Please note that the owners do not accept liability for loss of, or damage to personal property brought to Villa Doyan, however caused. The owners do not accept liability for any personal injury sustained by guests or visitors to Villa Doyan, however caused.
