ENTRANCE
HALL with doors leading to kitchen/dining area, guest cloakroom,
twin bedroom, lounge and out onto the wraparound ground floor terrace.
Spacious
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM (4.8m x 5.2m) is equipped with oven, hob,
extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and large fridge/freezer with
extensive cupboards and lots of workspace. Standalone drinking water
dispenser (hot and cold). Wrought iron dining table
and chairs. Patio doors lead out to covered terrace ideal for evening
dining and beyond to a semi-covered terrace with breathtaking views
from the mountains to the sea.
Elegant LOUNGE (4.8m x 6m)with marble floor and feature marble
fireplace. Remote control air conditioning. Enormous and luxurious
corner sofa and pouffe plus large carved wooden coffee table and
matching sideboard and TV unit. TV with DVD and CD music system. Double patio

down to the pool, patio and basement area.

Impressive
infinity-edged 10m x 5m swimming pool. Roman “D” End provides steps down into the shallow end
(c. 1m). The deep end is 1.8m. The
pool is of an overflow type - where the water level is flush with
the patio - and the infinity edge to the west provides
uninterrupted views of water out to the horizon – amazing. The pool
is surrounded on three sides by a patio for sunbathing and relaxing.
Ample sunbeds, chairs and tables are available at pool level and on
the terraces.

Gardens
and Approach
Villa
Doyan's grounds extend to around half an acre, laid out in several
terraces to take advantage of the natural slope. The terraces have
been landscaped and include many features.
The grounds are bounded by natural stone walls with two wrought
iron entrance gates. The lower entrance provides access to the garage
and car port whilst the upper entrance has space for several cars
close to the main villa entrance. Villa Doyan is approached by a short
private road which turns off a public (but fairly basic) road. Whilst
in summer it is possible to drive to the villa in a standard car, a 4
x 4 vehicle would certainly be preferable, especially in the winter
months.
