As
a general point, it is our aim to ensure that you have a truly
memorable holiday in our villa. We are confident that the villa will
be a major contribution but there are lots of other things that go to
make up a great holiday. In the years we have been visiting Northern
Cyprus we have learnt a great deal about flights, transfers, car hire,
local facilities, things to see and do etc.and would be more than
happy to share this with you. Do get in touch with us if you would
like to discuss any aspect of your holiday planning, or if you would
like a recommendation for car hire, restaurants, beaches etc.

is always worth sending us an e.mail to check on availability as
bookings may change and we can keep your details on the waiting list.

Prices
Our
prices are per week and are based on up to 8 people occupying the
villa.
A
charge of £50 per person per week should be added for groups over 8
people.
Rental
charges include sheets and bathroom towels (but not beach/swimming
towels), welcome pack, all water and
electricity

Note
A
deposit of 33% of the rental will be required at the time of booking.
The
balance is required 8 weeks prior to holiday start date, along with a
refundable security deposit of £200 held against any damage or
breakages. This would normally be returned in the 2 weeks following
your holiday.
