"We stayed at the villa in May of this year for one week and had a wonderful time.  The villa is beautiful, very spacious which was important as we were a party of ten, the pool was lovely and the views from the villa were outstanding.  The outside area has been cleverly thought out with plenty of entertaining space and facilities.  The villa was well maintained, clean and airy with a large fully fitted spacious kitchen with everything you needed. Good location with plenty of restaurants, beaches and places of interest to visit.  We had such an enjoyable holiday we have booked the villa again in 2012!"  The Franks Family, 2011

"Villa Doyan is a credit to Jerry and Helen who clearly take pride in providing an absolutely first class service. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The villa is extremely well equipped, with homely touches such as lanterns, games and a guitar which we enjoyed strumming in the evenings. Plentiful outdoor space for two families, framed by breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and mountains behind. Wonderful infinity pool. Built in BBQ, fridge and bar for dining by the pool, or on the terrace above. The pool and outdoor areas are lit which adds to the balmy evening ambience, although supper by candlelight at sunset did it for us every time. Close proximity to beauties such as Girne, St. Hilarion and Bellapais. You'll feel like you are living in the lap of the Gods....be careful...you will not want to leave...." "We stayed at Villa Doyan in August 2010 and had a wonderful time there. The owners have gone to great lengths to make the villa very comfortable, it is very spacious and extremely well and thoughtfully equipped, and an added bonus is the air conditioning which we found essential at night. We particularly enjoyed the space in the garden, where there are places to catch the sun but also shady spots, and the pool is absolutely magnificent. The villa’s aspect is westerly, which ensures you can enjoy the sun all day long and witness some of the most stunning sunsets, whilst still swimming in the pool, or enjoying a glass of wine on one of the terraces.  North Cyprus has many things to offer its visitors, historical sites, some stunning views and a fantastic choice of food. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Doyan in July 2010. The villa catered for 10 of us in comfort, the owners having thought of pretty much everything you might need whilst on holiday. Highlights included:
* The pool and pool area - nice size infinity pool, great view.
* The bbq area - excellent, was well used during our ten day stay. The small bar fridge in bbq area was a nice touch.
* Well equipped kitchen - pretty much everything you would need.
* Provision of two local mobile phones - excellent idea, much cheaper than using UK based mobiles to check up on what each of us were up to.
* Great guide from the owners with lots of useful information.
Its worth noting that the roads to the villa have recently been paved, so we experienced no problems getting to it with a normal rental car.
Although the villa certainly does sleep 10, 2 of your party will be sleeping on (large comfortable) sleeper couches in the lounge for this to work. Wasn't a problem with us as we had several children in out party and they were more than happy with the arrangements.

"This was our family's first holiday in North Cyprus and therefore we did not know what to expect. Villa Doyan was everything we could have hoped for. The villa itself was in the most amazing position (although we were a little concerned at first about all the building work being done in the vicinity, however as the holiday progressed we were not bothered by noise etc. at all). The views across to the sea were stunning and the dramatic evening views of the mountains were spectacular. The sunsets were a very special part of our holiday. Villa Doyan has been lovingly designed and built, extremely carefully thought out by its owners. It has been decorated and fitted out to an extremely high standard. What first strikes you when you enter the villa is its spacious nature - there was ample room for our family of 5 (almost one bathroom each!). The owners were extremely helpful before our arrival, arranging transport from the airport and very reasonable car hire for the duration. During our stay the property manager called to ensure that all was well and was able to answer any queries, give information and advice etc. The owners have thought of everything to ensure that those who rent their villa have as relaxed and enjoyable time as they possibly could.
